The INCM Network Directory, a place to connect and find support from other ministry leaders
The International Network of Children’s Ministry (INCM) is the provider of the Children’s Pastors’ Conference (CPC). Their mission is to train, encourage, motivate, network and resource Christian leaders who minister to children and families. The conference is designed with the mission in mind and gives leaders the opportunity to get training, be encouraged, feel motivated, network with other leaders and find resource. However, once they left the conference there was little to no support for the daily challenges they faced.
While there were many children and family ministry network groups throughout the US, most leaders did not know how to connect with them. INCM wanted to find a way to promote these groups to their conference attendees and in the process provide them with the needed support that is so crucial to ministry. That is when CircleBuilder became involved.

The INCM Network Directory with CircleBuilder was launched in October 2009 and provides an easy way for leaders to connect with Children and Family Ministry Networking groups in their local area and all over the country. They can exchange ideas, share resources, develop plans and post local meeting information, giving them the support and connection they need on a daily basis.
Increased effectiveness and efficiency
INCM loves CircleBuilder because it has the potential to help ministry leaders interact regularly and effectively with group members, and it allows them to continue with that support between meetings.
Finally, to encourage more of its customers and volunteers to utilize the CircleBuilder site, INCM now allows people to connect through the INCM website. After a few short months, the INCM Network Directory powered by CircleBuilder has grown its community and numerous staff, regional and neighborhood groups. |

Helping INCM with their mission
Everyday, Christians invite their friends and neighbors into a discovery process to question, discover, and grow in their relationship with God through small group discussion. The mission of INCM is to train, encourage, motivate, network and resource Christian leaders who minister to children and families.
